BTECH announces the CELLQ System

New CELLQ System joins the BTECH Lineup

BTECH, global leader in backup battery monitoring systems, today announced the CELLQ System designed to help guarantee generators, switchgear, base stations and command centers operate during any power anomaly or outage.

The CELLQ System provides early warning of identified batteries that will need to be replaced.  This predictive capability is vital for any business that relies on batteries for since only one weak or discharged battery will cause the backup power plan to fail.

The CELLQ System includes three modular components; a controller, voltage and impedance module and measurement module which can be easily installed by a customer.

“BTECH Systems historically have been utilized extensively in major data centers and in critical military and government agency life safety and security applications” said Tom Leonard, President of BTECH. Leonard added “CELLQ responds to customer requests to supply legendary BTECH Technology in a package sized and priced to be suitable for smaller applications such as back-up power generators and switchgear and for smaller facilities where Base Stations and Communication Command Centers operate”.

“We developed CELLQ based on our vast experience as global leader with thousands of installed systems” said George Pedersen CELLQ Product Manager.  “With CELLQ, we demonstrate our understanding and commitment to supporting our customers in this vital area, whether they depend on 2, 20 or 20,000 batteries. Compatibility with exiting BVM Software also makes it simple for customers to interpret data and integrate alarm reporting giving the customer total control” added Pedersen.
