BTECH Announces New Software Subscription Program
BTECH Software has earned industry wide recognition for its legendary accuracy, innovative features, ease of use and extreme reliability. BTECH is proud of this fact and is committed to continued development of the very best software the industry has to offer. However the proliferation of customer requirements in evolving areas such as software to manage communication options and software to support various report format applications require the dedication of significant development and support resources.
In order to continue our commitment to excellence we find it necessary to implement an optional software subscription fee that provides our customers the opportunity to upgrade and maintain the BTECH software package on an annual basis. This annual fee provides unrestricted access to available Battery Validation Manager (BVM) software releases. Customers who wish to utilize this service will incur a nominal charge of $300 per site and $25 for each additional S5 system on site.
The new subscription program applies to all S5 System users wishing to upgrade to BVM Software Release 4.2 or greater. Customers who wish to continue utilizing an existing version of BVM software do not need to take any action.
Customers can obtain an application to a software subscription by visiting www.btechinc.com/btech-software-maint-request.shtml and filling out the form. Once the form is submitted, the customer will be contacted to finalize the subscription.
