BTECH patented technology, now in its 5th generation, delivers the earliest possible prediction of power battery weakness or failure. Early detection assures availability of valuable time to implement corrective actions to insure your UPS works everyday.

Expanded BTECH NEVERFAIL Service Offerings help keep your mission critical systems running during everyday power lapses or during longer power outages. Each NEVERFAIL Service Offering was developed based on nearly two decades of experience with thousands of systems installed globally.

The full line of NEVERFAIL Services demonstrate a genuine customer commitment by addressing the many risk factors that lead to battery system failures which can corrupt data, interrupt networks or cause complete system crashes.

BTECH Monitoring Facilities complement local staff by providing continuous evaluation of battery status and performance. Various NEVERFAIL Monitoring and Advisory Plans are available for mission critical standalone applications (using dial-up) or network-based applications (secure local or wide area networks) BTECH patented technology collects and analyzes the key technical parameters of each battery in the system. Ambient room and battery temperatures are carefully evaluated. Each power outage, related battery usage and resultant status is recorded.

Any detected alarm is quickly delivered to assigned personnel. Quarterly written reports provide complete record of battery status, power outage history, battery and ambient room temperatures.

BTECH On-Site Services For most customers the combination of heat, high power and battery chemicals creates a dynamic and challenging facility environment. Over time, this combination will affect battery system reliability and system accuracy. In extreme cases, explosion, fire and chemical damage are very real possibilities.

BTECH NEVERFAIL Preventive Maintenance Plans require our engineers to visit the customer's facility to find and rectify all related physical and/or electrical problems. System parameters are also evaluated and re-calibrated to factory new specifications.

BTECH Virtual On-Site Services This totally secure service is for customers who don't require on-site visits but do require the personal expertise of our engineering staff. Using this totally Web Secure service simply requires the customer to initiate access by connecting with the Secure Network Appliance at our remote facility. Once connected, our engineers drive the system remotely to find and remedy any hardware or software problems they find.

Customers have the option of maintaining voice communications during the time evaluations are being conducted. The service can be performed to be interactive so that local personnel can quickly implement needed corrective actions.

BTECH Training Programs A vital requirement of most businesses is for key personnel to receive proper training on products that can have a major financial impact on business results. To support this need, NEVERFAIL Hardware and Software Training Programs are available for business associates of all skill levels.

Instructor led training sessions can be conducted on-site, remotely or at our factory. Classes can consist of only one person to a complete department and can be scheduled to complement new system installations or any time needed.
