BTECH Letter of Credit Instructions

Indicated below are those terms and conditions that BTECH Inc. will consider acceptable in a letter of credit issued by your bank. Your efforts to gain compliance with these terms and conditions in the issuance of your letter of credit will ensure prompt dispatch of your order. If your bank is unable to issue the credit within the following guidelines, please contact us providing information on those issues that must be altered. This will eliminate costs involved in amendments and delay after the credit has been issued.

2. The letter of credit is to be delivered at the time of firm purchase order.

3. The letter of credit is to be Irrevocable and subject to the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (1993 Revision), International Chamber of Commerce Publication No. 500.

4. The letter of credit is to be Confirmed and Advised by our bank:

5. The letter of credit shall be payable at sight of draft and documents.

6. The letter of credit shall specify that all banking charges outside of Fulton Bank (as Advising Bank) are for the account of the Applicant.

7. The letter of credit shall be payable in United States Dollars.

8. The amount to be paid shall not exceed the total amount stated in BTECH's Proforma Invoice.

9. Description of goods: Battery Monitoring System Equipment.
